Alhamdulillah..
He made it!! :)
I was so excited when he rang me yesterday evening just few minutes after he left the interviewer office.
The interview which took just about 20 mins is mainly to discussed on his salary and career path.
Basically they have agreed to hire him when he met the CEO 1 month back.
And this time around is just for him to get to know the owner of the company better.
Sesi berkenalan lah kot. Hehe.
I was shock that he told the owner that he expects to obtain certain skills and if he don't acquire it within  2yrs, he might leave the company for a better one.
Haha. How brave is that when u have not receive an offer yet :p
But at the end of the conversation, he said the interviewer looks promising. :)
More over, they ask him to join tomorrow! Gile ke?
Haha. That is so impossible when he has to serve 3 months notice with EY.
The increment they are offering is far less than what he expected, but we were glad that on top of the salary, he will be given a car :)
Though the car will definately not like what he wishes to have, but we are so thankful.
At least he don't have to pay for the car. And we can save around 900 there :)
The maintenance everything also will be bear by the company. Sounds good ha?
So now, we are waiting for the offer letter some time next week.
We are actually still in the midst of thinking what are the pros and cons while waiting for the offer letter.
And of course if he decides to leave, it will be a hectic week for him to go in and out the partner's room :))
