Masakan kampung for today

Last night I asked Mr Husband what would he like to have for today's menu.. Ingatkan dia nak mintak yg susah2 since bukan selalu tanya kan.. Selalu masak je... So bila orang dah tanya tu, mintaklaa yg susah2 sikit kan.. Haha.. Suprisingly, dia kata teringin nak makan my ikan patin masak tempoyak.. Hehe... So, since the main menu was masakan kampung, I was thinking of having the rest of the menu in kampung style also.. Hehe.. Sedap pun sedap.. Cepat pun cepat.. Simple tapi makan dengan sedapppnyer!! :))

Udang goreng kunyit.. Owhh the size is extra large!! RM60 per kg.. So we bought 3 ekor aje.. Tu pun dah RM12.. Kalau kat sabah ni half of the price ok! RM30 per kg. Ni buat rindu nak gi sabah beli seafood bila tengok harga kat KL yg mahal!

We ended with dessert yang bukan kampung.. Hehe.. Icecream with choc rice and strawberry!!
Aaaahhhhh marvellous!! Time for treadmill!! :p

ohh..very the easy..kalau nak makan for 2 orang, blend bawang merah kecik 5-6 biji, bawang putih 2-3 ulas, cili merah 2 biji (biji dibuang) and cili padi 10 biji..cili padi tu depends on nak pedas byk mana laa..then tumis bahan2 yg diblend tu sampai naik bau...masuk tempoyak...ikut byk mana suka kepekatan kuah tempoyak tu...then masuk ikan and biar sampai mendidih...ikan tu dalam sekor laa (4/5 ketul) buh garam...senang je kan?? :) ada orang tambah asam keping/jawa and serai...tapi kak syai tak tambah asam coz tempoyak itself dah masam..selamat mencuba!! :)
